We have made a commitment to meet the strict requirements regarding how we treat your information. OUR COMMITMENT TO PRIVACY
Your privacy is important to us. To better protect your privacy we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. To make this notice easy to find, we make it available on our homepage and at every point where personally identifiable information may be requested.

THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT
This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on the Jaca Fleece’ website. On some pages, you can order products, make requests, and register to receive materials. The types of personal information collected at these pages are:

ORDERING PRODUCTS
When ordering from Jaca Fleece, the following information is required:

NAME - We use this info to send you your order, and to address you with information or questions regarding your order. We also use this name in conjunction with an address to send notices. Anyone may remove himself or herself from receiving Jaca Fleece advertisements in the mail simply by sending a request to sales@jacaoutfitters.com.
BILLING ADDRESS - We use this info to send you your order if you have requested that your order be sent to your billing address. In addition, your billing address is used to verify your credit card information to prevent fraud. We also use this address to send notices. Anyone may remove himself or herself from receiving Jaca Fleece advertisements in the mail simply by sending a request to sales@jacaoutfitters.com
PHONE NUMBER (daytime/nighttime) - We use this to phone you if there is any problem or concern with your order. Anyone may remove himself or herself from receiving Jaca Fleece phone calls simply by sending a request to sales@jacaoutfitters.com.
E-MAIL ADDRESS - Your e-mail address is used to send you information regarding your order, and to send you news and information regarding products and offers available at Jaca Fleece. Your e-mail address is NEVER shared, sold, or given to any third party. Anyone may remove themselves from our email lists simply by sending a request to sales@jacaoutfitters.com.
SHIP-TO NAME AND ADDRESS - If you are sending products to an address different than the billing address, the information collected is used to direct shipments to the appropriate destination. We also use this address to send notices. Anyone may remove themselves from receiving Jaca Fleece advertisements in the mail simply by sending a request to sales@jacaoutfitters.com.
CREDIT CARD INFORMATION - This information is used only to charge your credit card for the orders you submit to us.

HOW WE USE INFORMATION
An explanation of the information we collect, and how we use it is detailed here. We repeat our general use of information we collect here: We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that order. We will not share name and contact information with outside parties. We use the information you provide about someone else when placing an order only to ship the product and to confirm delivery. We will not share the information you provide about someone with outside parties. We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties. Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

At Jaca Fleece we aim to please, but if you are for any reason unhappy with the item you purchased please contact us within 20 days of the items ship date by e-mailing us at sales@jacaoutfitters.com or call 1-215-353-0689 so that we can issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). Please note that all closeout sales are final.

All refunds and exchanges must be requested within 20 days from the ship date your product left our warehouse (regardless of when you actually took delivery of the product). Your items must reach us within 30 days from the ship date. Items received after 30 days will NOT be accepted for return or exchange. Items returned after the 30 day period has expired and will be shipped back to the customer at their expense. Exceptions will be made for international shipments.

Ship all returns and exchanges via US Mail as UPS and Fed Ex will not deliver to a post office box. Please send to:

RMA# must be clearly labeled on the outside of the box.
*Provide written detailed instructions with the return stating your name and the order number. Indicate any exchanges. Include
style, color and size of the exchange item. If you have any questions please feel to contact us for further information.

Returns must meet ALL Applicable Criteria:
*Closeout sales are FINAL and will not be accepted for returns or exchanges.
*A valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be clearly marked on the box.
*Products must be returned to Jaca Fleece in un-used condition and in their original packaging (hang tags, manufacturer’s
box, packaging paper, plastic bags, etc.). Please be sure to package well. Items showing any signs of wear such as removal of
tags, finger prints, makeup stains, sweat stains or removal of accessories are not eligible for return or exchange.

Jaca Fleece will inspect the returned merchandise and refund your money or send out the exchanged product, provided you meet the conditions listed above within 1-2 weeks. Please allow 4-7 weeks for special order items. If the returned items do not comply with any of the criteria listed above, they will be shipped back to you at your own cost.

Exchanges: Re-shipping costs for all exchanges will be based on the weight of the item and zip code. In most cases it will be equal to the original shipping cost for the item.

Returns: A standard $5.00 or 10% up to $15.00, which ever is greater, restocking fee will be applied to all “Standard Order” returns. Special order items manufactured specifically for the customer are subject to a 20% restocking fee per item on returns and exchanges, where the value of a single item is over $100.00. Special order items are marked in the item descriptions. Delivery charges will NOT be refunded.

Jaca Fleece does not cover the shipping cost unless the item delivered was damaged upon receipt or the wrong item was shipped. If this happens to be the case contact us immediately and provide explanation of said damage so that we may take appropriate action. We must be contacted within 1 week of the delivery date. If we are contacted after 1 week, we will assume that the product was not damaged during delivery.

Holiday Returns: All holiday orders placed between November 1 and December 25th qualify for a returns approval, RMA#, through January 15th. After January 25th we will no longer accept any holiday returns or exchanges. Holiday returns are subject to the standard return policy.

Cancellation Information: Your credit card will be billed at time of purchase. If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us within 24 hours of the purchase and we will refund your credit card. After 24 hours we will only be able to cancel the order if it has not been picked for shipping by one of our warehouses. If you wish to cancel you order after 24 hours have past, a $15.00 or 15% of purchase price restocking fee, whichever is greater, will apply to all special orders.

The above stated Returns and Exchange Policy is FINAL. Our arrangements with our suppliers and manufacturers allow us no room to make exceptions. Jaca Fleece reserves the right on all exchanges or refunds to have the final say.

Jaca Fleece carries a wide variety of products from the leading manufacturers. We pride ourselves on bringing you one of the largest selections of fleece items and other apparel at the lowest prices around. If you are looking for a product that is not found on our website, please don’t hesitate to contact us at sales@jacaoutfitters.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Most of our products are available to be shipped within 3-10 business days, but are quite often shipped earlier. However, some items are special orders and will take longer to process. All special order products have been noted in their descriptions. Occasionally, certain items in high demand may be placed on back order. If for any reason a product is temporarily unavailable or out of stock a member of our staff will contact you with detailed information regarding your order.

Product colors may vary slightly from their appearance on your monitor, due to individual computer settings. All product prices are subject to change without notice.
